摘要
采用空间政治经济学和城市社会学的理论框架,对近20年的中国城市设计实践进行了批判式的回顾,分析了城市设计在地方政府进行新城扩张与旧城更新中所起的作用,揭示了城市设计与社会分异和空间同质化的关联。指出既有的城市设计范式所面临的困境,以及"新常态"下城市设计的发展方向。
Built on the theoretical frameworks of spatial political economy and urban sociology,the paper critically reviews Chinese urban design practice in the past twenty years,and analyzes the role of urban design played out in the making of new towns and urban renewal under the aegis of local governments,revealing the relation to social differentiation and spatial homogenization of Chinese cities.It identifies predicaments facing the current urban design paradigm,and concludes with a series of possible directions towards urban design under the new norms.
