摘要
校企合作的主要内容之一就是学生从课堂走进企业,利用课堂所学的理论去发现和解决生产中出现的问题,提高理论联系实际和动手操作的能力。长期、有效的校企合作教学实习是建立在互利共赢的基础上,企业和高校通过"共享资源、优势互补、互利共赢"的合作方式,为培养一专多能的复合型人才构建校企合作平台。本文主要根据广西大学木材科学与工程专业的专业认知实习、课程实习和毕业实习,分析和总结互利共赢的"校企合作"教学实习经验。
One of the main contents of the school enterprise cooperation is the students was from the classroom to the enterprise. By practice the ability to use theory to find and solve problems in production, and to contact the theory with practice and hands-on operation, were improved. The long-term and effective cooperation teaching practice should be established on the basis of mutual benefit. Through the cooperation of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win", school enterprise cooperation platform of cultivating the expert compound talents would be built by both universities and enterprises. According to Guangxi University of wood science and engineering professional cognition practice, course practice and graduation practice, this paper mainly were focused on analyzing and summing up the experience of the mutually beneficial and win-win "school enterprise cooperation" teaching practice, students, teachers and enterprise multi benefit.
