摘要
以2-氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚和三聚氯氰为原料,合成了抗紫外分散染料中间体2-N-(4,6-二氯-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚。同时考察了不同的反应条件对产品收率和纯度的影响,如反应温度、反应体系p H值、投料比和反应时间等。研究结果表明,随着p H值减小、三聚氯氰的用量增加和反应时间增加,产物的收率增大,随着反应温度升高,产物的收率先增加后降低。
An anti-ultraviolet disperse dye intermediate 2-( N-(( 4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) amino)-4- acetamino) anisole was synthesized from 2-amino- 4- acetamino anisole and cyanuric chloride. The effects of reaction conditions on the yield and purity were investigated,such as reaction temperature,p H value of reaction system,charge ratio and reaction time. The results showed that yield of the product increased with the decreasing of p H value,increased with the increasing of dosage of cyanuric chloride,and increased with the extension of and reaction time; with the rising of reaction temperature the yield increased first and then decreased.
