摘要
[目的]观察沐足方熏洗联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分两组。对照组30例α-硫辛酸600mg＋氯化钠250m L,静滴,1次/d。治疗组30例沐足方（黄芪45g,桂枝、川芎各20g,鸡血藤30g,白芍、丹参、川牛膝、木瓜、艾叶各20g,花椒15g）,1剂/d,水煎1500m L,倒入恒温浴足盆内,待温度适宜（夏季38~40℃,冬季40~43℃）时浴足30min,每日下午3~5点浴足一次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、SCV、MCV、TCSS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]SCV、MCV两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。TCSS评分两组均有改善（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,神经症状、神经反射治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）,感觉功能两组间无明显差异（P〉0.05）。[结论]沐足方熏洗联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To study the effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of of Chinese fumigation medicine combined with ot -lipoic acid.[Methods] 60 patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group and trial group（n=30）.The control group was treated with α-lipoic acid 600rag intravenous drip after dilution,once every day.The trial group was received Chinese fumigation medicine（Hua ngqi45g,Guizhi20g,chuangxiong20g,Jixueting30g, Baishao20g,Dansheng20g,Niuxi20g, Mugua20g, Aiye20g, HuanjiaolSg）,decocted with water to 1500ml,into the thermostatic bath foot basin,to be suitable for temperature （summer 38-40 degrees Celsius,winter 40-43 degrees Celsius）,at 3 to 5 pro,once every day.The ather treatment in this group was same as that in the control group.The course of treatment was 14 days.The medical symptom,sensory nerve conduction velocity（SCV）,motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV）,Toronto clinical scoring system（TCSS）was evaluated before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of treatment were carefully monitored in this study. [Results] The two groups both improved in SCV, MCV after treatment （P〈0.01）,but the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The two groups both improved in TCSS after treatment（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, the treatment group in clinical symptoms,Nerve reflex was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）, but there was no definitely differences in sensory function（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion] Chinese fumigation medicine combined with α-lipoic acid in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
