摘要
近年来,随着中国低空空域的开放,我国通用航空产业发展呈现加快发展的态势。通用航空产业作为战略性新兴产业重要组成部分,已经成为当前的一个热点,地方政府和企业发展通用航空的热情高涨,纷纷打造通航产业园,通航产业园区建设方兴未艾。但与此同时,园区存在盲目建设的情况,带来了很多问题。本文从对通用航空产业的认识出发,总结通用航空产业园开发实施策略与国外经验,希望能对今后的通用航空产业园区的规划建设有一定的参考作用。
In recent years, with the opening of China＇s low-altitude airspace, the general aviation industry development tends to speed up in China. General aviation industry as an important part of strategic emerging industries, has become a central point in the current. Local governments and enterprises are enthusiastic to develop general aviation, and are active to construct general aviation industrial park. But at the same time, there is blind construction, which has brought many problems. Based on the understanding of the general aviation industry,this paper summarized the implementation strategy foreign experiences for general aviation industrial park development and hoped it be helpful for the general aviation industrial park planning in the future.
