摘要 随着信息化条件下战场节奏的加快,作战计划管理已经成为一体化联合作战指挥面临的重大挑战。在分析作战计划的特点的基础上,给出了作战计划管理的基本概念并提出作战计划管理的三个关键技术:计划描述、计划分析和评估、计划监控。并对相关技术进行了深入分析、比较。从而给出了一种基于本体、结合不确定推理和可视化技术的组合方法,为作战计划管理系统开发建立了理论框架。 With the rhythm of the battle becomes more quickly in the condition of informationization, operation plan management has become a big challenge which one-joint operation and command faces. Analyzing the nature of operational planning, the basic concept of operational plan management was presented and a specific methodology for operational plan management was formulated, it is that plan representation, plan analysis/evaluation and plan monitoring. as well as a synthesis and analysis of existing approaches. Therefore, a method is provided that combines ontology with reasoning with uncertainty and a visualization component.
