摘要
目的 :探讨头针配合颈夹脊穴治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效,为针灸治疗本病提供临床依据。方法 :将63例符合纳入标准的枕神经痛患者随机分为两组,其中试验组31例,采用针刺头部感觉区双侧上2/5、足运感区、率谷、百会及左右神聪,颈部颈2及颈3夹脊穴治疗,每日1次,每次留针30 min,14次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。对照组32例,给予口服卡马西平片治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组治疗前后目测类比评分法(VAS)得分的变化,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:对照组治愈7例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%;试验组治愈20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头针配合颈夹脊穴治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效显著,且优于口服卡马西平片治疗。
Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effects of the scalp acupuncture combined with cervical Jiajipoints（EX-B2） on occipital neuralgia to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of occipital neural- gia. Methods：Total 63 patients with occipital neu- ralgia were randomly divided into two groups.One of 31 patients in the treatment group were given the scalp acupuncture treatment,both upper 2/5 of sensory area （MS 7）,foot motor-sensory area （MS 8）,Shu/ligi （GB 8）,Baihui （DU 20）,left-right sh6ncSng （EX-HN1） ,combined with cervical Jiajf points. All patients were treated once daily,retaining the needles for 30 minutes,14 days as a treatment course,continuous treatment for two courses. Patients of 32 cases in the control group were given oral carbamazepine. Then the Visual Analogue Scales of the two groups and the therapeutic effects before and after treatment were compared. Results：After 2 courses of treatment,in the control group,7 patients were cured,15 patients with effects,8 patients with no effect and the total efficien- cy rate was 73.33%,while in the treatment group,20 patients were cured,8 patients with effect,2 patients were no effect and the total efficiency rate was 93.33% which was better Conclution：The therapeutic effects of the scalp acupuncture combined with neuralgia were better than those of oral carbamazepine. than the control group （P〈0.05 ）. cervical Jiaji points on occipital
