摘要
目的:了解巩义市人民医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者中药注射剂的应用情况,为中药注射剂的临床合理使用提供参考。方法:抽取2015年9月我院住院患者使用中药注射剂的病历共1 452份,对其用药合理性进行统计分析。结果:1 452份使用中药注射剂的病历中,不合理用药病历632份,占43.53%。不合理用药主要包括溶剂选择不当、超疗程用药、超剂量用药等问题。结论:我院中药注射剂的临床应用存在较多问题,应通过各方面努力,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in inpatients of Gongyi Municipal People＇s Hospital（hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational application of TCM injections in clinic.METHODS：1 452 inpatient medical records with TCM injections from Sept.2015 were extracted,statistical analysis was conducted on the application rationality.RESULTS：Among the 1 452 cases,632 cases involved irrational application,accounting for 43.53%.The irrational application of drugs appeared as improper solvents,over-long course and over-dose,etc.CONCLUSIONS：There are many problems in the clinical application of TCM injections in our hospital,it is necessary to spare some efforts to promote the rational application of drugs in clinic and ensure medication safety in patients.
