摘要
结合理论分析与室内试验方法,对沥青混合料抗车辙性能改善技术进行了探究,分析了影响沥青混合料抗车辙性能的关键因素,并借鉴Superpave设计方法,以孔隙率为控制指标进行抗车辙沥青混合料设计,结果表明:当采用性能良好的沥青与集料、骨架嵌挤型级配及抗车辙剂,并严格控制孔隙率时,能够有效改善沥青混合料的抗车辙性能。
The improvement method of anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture was researched through the theoretical analysis and laboratory test methods in the paper. Analysis the key factors which affect anti-rutting performance of mixture,anti-rutting asphalt mixture was designed according to Superpave design method and putting porosity as design index. The result shows that the anti-rutting performance of mixture can be effectively improved when the asphalt and aggregate with well performance,skeleton embedded extrusion gradation,anti-rutting agent were used,and the porosity was strictly controlled.
