摘要
"互联网+"通过开放共享,实现协同发展,最终出现化学反应式的创新和融合,实现"1+1>2"。从高校治理出发,应着眼于"平等、开放、协同、共享"的价值理念,将"互联网+"视为学校治理能力提升和治理现代化的客观环境和现实基础,以积极的心态推动"互联网+"在内外两个层面治理的融合和扩散,实现高校治理过程的再造,推进协同创新,实现共享发展。
In the age of internet, open sharing and coordination innovation can produce the integration of a chemical reaction, which may realize the '1 + 1 > 2'. As far as the university governance is concerned, we should focus on the values of equality, opening, coordination and sharing carried on the internet, and take the internet as the environment and realistic foundation for the improvement of school governance capacity and governance modernization, so as to promote the integration and diffusion of internet in the internal and external levels. In this way, reconstruction of university governance process can be realized, and coordination innovation and shared development can be promoted and achieved.
