摘要
目的:探究蒲地蓝联合痰热清注射液在小儿疱疹性咽峡炎中的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年3月我院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组给以更昔洛韦治疗,观察组给以蒲地蓝联合痰热清注射液治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(86.67%),且观察组临床症状的消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效较好。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the Pudilan oral liquid plus the Tanreqing injection on herpangina ofchildren. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. The control group was given Ganciclovir; andthe observation group was treated with the Pudilan oral liquid plus the Tanreqing injection. Efficacy in two groups was observed. Results：The total efficiency was 100.00% in the observation group, higher than 86.67% in the control group; and the disappearance time of clinicalsymptoms in the observation group was shorter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Pudilan oral liquid plus the Tanreqing injection on herpangina ofchildren shows a good effect.
