寒地小区建筑布局节能与舒适性的建模分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过寒地小区建筑优化设计,增大严寒地区居民居住的舒适体验和感受,同时有效倡导了节能环保和绿色建筑的理念。传统模型采用动态参量融合和小气候人居环境分析的方法进行寒地小区建筑布局节能和舒适性建模,对太阳光照、采暖等多参量分析的信息纳入性不足,指导性不强。提出一种基于建筑区划层次融合和节能贡献度参量特征提取的寒地小区建筑节能布局设计方法和建模方案。对太阳能、光照、寒风规避、能源、建筑材料、采暖等影响因素进行量化特征分析。给定寒地小区建筑布局的多层量化信息等级,进行了寒地小区建筑布局节能与舒适性的约束参量模型和目标函数分析,进行寒地小区建筑布局节能与舒适性模型构建,采用建筑区划层次融合方法进行建筑布局改进设计。实验结果表明,采用该模型能进行寒地小区建筑布局设计,提高了居住环境的节能性和舒适性,降低了采暖的能量开销,改善人居环境。 Through the optimization of boreal residential building design, increase in severe cold arearesidents living comfortable experience and feelings. At the same time, effectively promote the energysaving and environmental protection and green building concept. Traditional model by method ofDynamic Parameter Fusion and climate analysis of the living environment of boreal area layout of thebuilding energy- saving and comfortable modeling, to the solar illumination, heating, and other multiparameter analysis of information into the problem, the guidance is not strong. Based on constructiondivision level fusion and energy- saving contribution characteristic parameters extraction of borealresidential building energy efficiency layout design and modeling scheme is proposed in this paper. Thequantitative characteristics of solar, light, avoid wind, energy, construction materials, heating and otherinfluencing factors analyzed, given boreal District building layout of multi- layer quantificationinformation class, boreal District building layout of the energy- saving and comfort of constraintparameter model and objective function number analysis, boreal District building layout of the energysavingand comfort model construction, the construction division level fusion methods are building layoutdesign improvement. Research results show that using the model boreal District building layout design,improve the energy-saving and comfortable living environment, reduce the heating energy consumption,improve the living environment.
