摘要 为研究苜蓿干草田间干燥过程中含水量及营养成分变化规律,本试验以"金皇后"紫花苜蓿为试验原料,测定分析了自然干燥过程中苜蓿含水量、叶茎比及营养物质变化。结果表明:苜蓿干燥过程中,植株含水量呈先快后慢的起伏下降趋势,茎叶比随含水量的降低而降低。中度压扁使苜蓿茎叶干燥速度趋于同步,但夜间叶片返潮程度较大;当植株含水量为40%左右时,叶片开始脱落。刈割后至含水量降到50%过程中,各含水量苜蓿CP、EE含量和相对饲用价值(RFV)降低缓慢,当含水量由50%降到20%过程中,各含水量测定值降低速度加快,在含水量由40%降到30%阶段下降明显。干燥后期,RFV降低速度变缓,CP、EE含量却有一定幅度的上升。 This experiment was conducted to study the nutrients during the alfalfa hay of drying process in the field."Cold Express" alfalfa was used as the test material to test the water content,stem-leaf ratio and the nutrient of alfalfa innatural drying process.The results showed that during the drying process, the moisture content of after alfalfa showed firstfast and than slow declined ups and downs.The stem/leaf ratio reduced with the moisture content decreased.Alfalfa stemleaf drying speed synchronized under moderate flattening,but the leaf got damp phenomenon at night, and the degree washeavier.When the water content of the plant was 40% ,leaves began to fall off.From cutting to water content of 50% ,thecontent of crude protein(CP), ether extract (EE) and relative feeding value(tlFV) reduced slowly.When the water contentof plant was from 50% to 20% ,the water content reduced fast,the water content decreased significantly in 40% to 30%stage.In the late stage of drying process, the tlFV reduced slowly, but the content of CP,EE content had a higher margin.
