摘要
钻杆是非开挖技术中重要的零件,在施工中用量大,其质量的好坏直接影响到施工的完成进度。引起钻杆断裂事故的主要原因有材料质量问题,施工现场地质环境恶劣,施工人员操作不当等。本文展示了九个断裂案例的宏观断口形貌,把常见的断裂形式归纳为三种:(1)钻杆韧性过载断裂;(2)钻杆变形严重过载断裂;(3)螺纹疲劳断裂。对三种断裂形式进行了断口宏观分析,对钻杆的表面脱碳现象进行了分析。最后提出预防断裂的措施。
The drill pipe is important part in the Trenchless technology, its quality directly affects the completion progress of the construction, due to the large consumption in the construction. Material quality problems, poor geological environment of construction site, improper operation of construction workers are the main reasons, which cause the fracture of the drill pipe. This paper shows macrostructure fracture morphology in nine cases. There are three common fracture types: (1) toughness overload fracture of drill pipe, (2) severe deformation overload fracture of drill pipe, (3) thread fatigue fracture. The paper analyzes macrostructure fracture of the three fracture types, surface decarburization phenomenon of HDD drill pipe, and proposes the prevention measures of fracture.
