摘要
痰乃津液输布失常,水湿停聚所生,瘀乃血液代谢异常所致,痰、瘀既是致病因素,又是病理产物,且相互影响。随着肿瘤中医基础理论研究的进行,痰瘀胶结在肿瘤的发生中越来越受到重视,同时认识到在肺癌的发生、发展与预后中,痰瘀起着重要的作用。因此化痰祛瘀法是治疗肺癌的重要原则,化痰活血类中药在肺癌的治疗中应用广泛。本文试从痰瘀的致病特点,痰瘀致肺癌的病因病机、治则治法和现代研究进展方面,从而论述从痰瘀论治肺癌。
Phlegm evil was made by body fluid transportation and transformation aberration and liquid agglomeration. Blood stasis was caused by the disorder of blood metabolism. Both of them are pathology and etiological factors, furthermore, they may influence each other. With the study of the basic theory of cancer in traditional Chinese medicine, the role of the phlegm and blood stasis theory has gained extensive attention in tumorigenesis, at the same time, they recognized that phlegm and blood stasis played an important role in the occurrence and development and prognosis of pulmonary cancer. So in the treatment of lung cancer, the removing phlegm and blood stasis is an important principle and Chinese crude drugs to dissipate phlegm and remove blood stasis which has been widely applied. The article tried to recommend the treatment of lung cancer with the theory of phlegm and blood stasis from pathogenic characteristics of phlegm and blood stasis, pathogenesis and therapeutical principle and advancement that lung cancer caused by phlegm and blood stasis.
