摘要
从我院中医专科医师培训现状入手,联系经典回归临床、金匮要略学科建设与风湿病专科建设相结合的建设模式,探讨风湿病科中医专科医师的培训模式,构建培训标准、考核方式及考核标准,更好、更快促进现代中医医师的成长成才。
According to the training Chinese medical Specialist present situation in our hospital, combining the mode of TCM Classical regression clinical, Synopsis Golden Chamber Discipline construction and Rheumatology Department Specialist construction,we explored the training methods of rheumatology Chinese medical Specialist, construct training standards, assessment method and standards, which can better and faster to promote the growth and development of the modern TCM doctor.
