摘要
目的:概述细胞免疫效应在抗旋毛虫肠道虫体中的作用。方法:查阅并参考国外20多篇相关的文献资料。结果:综述了参与抗旋毛虫肠道虫体细胞免疫的细胞、细胞因子和TH细胞亚群的改变。结论:旋毛虫肠道感染的早期以细胞免疫为主,晚期体液免疫和细胞免疫协同作用发挥免疫效应。细胞因子在免疫应答中起着关键性的作用。
Objective: To generalize cellular immunity effect in against Trichinella spiralis intestinal phase worm. Method: More than 20 relative foreign literatures were read and reviewed. Results: Participant cells, cytokines and transformation of Th cell subsets in against Trichinella spiralis intestinal worm cellular immunity were reviewed. Conclusions: Cellular immunity mainly occurred the early stage of intestinal infection with Trichinella spiralis, while cellular immunity, cooperated with humoral immunity exerted their effects in the later stage. Cytokine play an important role in immune response.
