摘要
腮腺肿块是口腔颌面外科的常见病和多发病。目前，欲建立良、恶性肿瘤的术前鉴别诊断模式是困难的。通过分析近１０年来收治的２７２例腮腺肿块，总结其常出现的临床症状，病理类型，通过术中冰冻切片力争手术诊断同期完成，避免了手术设计的错误。对良性肿瘤采用保留面神经腮腺肿块全切。恶性肿瘤则根据恶性程度及有无颈淋巴转移来考虑切除原发病灶的同时选择治疗性或选择性颈淋巴清扫术，从而降低了术后复发，提高了治愈率和生存质量。
The article reviewed and analyzed 272 patients with parotid neoplasm during the last ten years. According to clinical manifestations,especially intraperation pathological test, the diagnosis and differential diagnosis were made. Parotidectomy with retaining facial nerve was done in treating benign tumor. Parotidectomy with all or partial cervical lympnadenectomy was done in treating malignant tumor with or without metastasis of cervical lymphatic gland.
