摘要
目的对舒适护理在剖宫产术后的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法将我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的82例剖宫产术产妇随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组41例产妇行常规护理,观察组41例产妇行舒适护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组产妇的疼痛率为68.29%,低于对照组的82.93%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对剖宫产术产妇开展舒适护理可有效缓解产妇疼痛,促进产妇预后,改善护患关系。
Objective The value of comfort care in cesarean section were analyzed. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,82 cases of cesarean section mothers were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group 41 cases of maternal used routine nursing care, observation group 41 cases of maternal used comfortable nursing,compared the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of maternal pain rate was 68.29%,was significantly lower than the control group 82.93%,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in cesarean section can effectively alleviate pain,promote maternal prognosis,improve the nurse-patient relationship.
