摘要
目的观察布朗式吻合术在远端胃切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月~2016年1月我院收治的96例胃癌患者作为观察目标,按照1：1比例分为对照组（n=48,应用Billroth II式吻合术）和研究组（n=48,应用布朗式吻合术）,比较2组手术效果。结果 2组平均手术时间、术中出血量相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但对照组后期反流率高于研究组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论布朗式吻合术在远端胃切除术中的应用效果良好,有利于降低碱性胃反流发生率。
Objective To observe the application effect of Brown anastomosis in distal gastrectomy. Methods Selected 96 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 as the observation target. According to the proportion of 1 ：1 divided into reference group（n=48 and application of Billroth II anastomosis）and study group（n=48,brown anastomosis）, compared 2 groups of operation effect. Results There was no significant difference in the average operation time and blood loss in the 2 groups（P〈0.05）,but the reverse flow rate in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of brown anastomosis in distal gastrectomy showed significant effect,to reduce the alkaline gastric reflux incidence.
