摘要
目的探讨分析冷超声乳化白内障吸除手术在白内障治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取白内障患者116例(124眼),住院期间均接受冷超声乳化白内障吸除手术治疗。术后随访6个月,观察患者视力、屈光以及角膜内皮变化,并记录并发症情况。结果与术前比较,患者术后视力均获得改善(P<0.05),角膜内皮细胞密度降低(P<0.05)。术中发生后囊破裂3眼,部分晶状体核脱落2眼,术后角膜水肿4眼,总发生率为7.3%(9/124)。结论冷超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗白内障具有较好的临床疗效和安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cold phacoemulsification operation in cataract surgery. Methods 116 patients（124 eyes）with cataract were selected,and all took cold phacoemulsification operation duration of hospital stay. Follow up for 6 months,observed the changes of patient＇s visual acuity,refraction and corneal endothelial,and recorded the complication. Results Compared with preoperative,postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved in patients（P〈0.05）,and the corneal endothelial cell density was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）. Posterior capsular rupture occurred in 3 eyes,part of the lens nucleus shedding 2 eyes,corneal edema after surgery in 4 eyes,the total occurrence rate was 7.3%（9/124）. Conclusion Cold phacoemulsification cataract extraction has better clinical effect and security on cataract.
