摘要
目的对中江县慢性胃病患者幽门螺杆菌感染流行病学调查及根除治疗相关影响因素进行分析。方法选取中江县3 168例确诊为慢性胃病的患者作为研究对象,进行血清Hp-IgG检测、14C尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)、快速尿素酶试验,分析H.pylori的不同亚型与不同胃部疾病的关系以及根除治疗慢性胃病的影响因素。结果中江县地区的H.pylori感染率达到68%,胃黏膜炎症的活动性与H.pylori感染患者根除的概率成正相关关系。结论探讨中江县地区H.pylori感染与胃黏膜病理关系以及根除治疗的影响因素,可为治疗提供依据。
Objective Analysis of treatment-related factors and epidemiological investigation of the infection in patients with chronic stomach diseasesin Zhongjiang County. Methods Selected 3 168 cases of chronic gastritis patients as research subjects,and took serum Hp-Ig G detection,^（14）C urea breath test（14C-UBT）,rapid urease test. Analyzed the relationship between the different subtypes of H.pylori and different stomach diseases and the effect of eradication treatment of chronic stomach disease. Results The rate of H.pylori infection in Zhongjiang county was 68%,the activity of gastric mucosal inflammation was positively correlated with the probability of eradication of H.pylori infection. Conclusion The analysis of treatment-related factors and epidemiological investigation of the infection in patients with chronic stomach in Zhongjiang County can provide the basis for future treatment.
