摘要
目的:明确仿生胶对枸杞红瘿蚊的防控效果及对枸杞产量的影响。方法:试验设仿生胶、农药2个处理,于枸杞萌芽期开始至夏果采摘完毕结束,定期统计不同处理区枸杞红瘿蚊虫瘿数量和枸杞果实数量。结果:红瘿蚊第1个发生高峰期,红瘿蚊虫瘿数量、枸杞果实数量仿生胶处理区与农药处理区差异不具有统计学意义;红瘿蚊第2个发生高峰期,红瘿蚊虫瘿数量仿生胶处理区显著低于农药处理区,枸杞果实数量显著高于农药处理区。结论:在宁夏中宁,枸杞红瘿蚊第2个发生高峰期,田间喷施仿生胶可有效抑制枸杞红瘿蚊种群数量,可作为枸杞生产中红瘿蚊物理防控的有效措施。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of bionic glue on the population of Jaapiella sp. and the yield of wolfberry,Lycium barbarum L. Methods: The experiment designed two treatments, including bionic glue treatment and pesticide treatment,and the number of Jaapiella sp. gall and wolfberry fruit were investigated regularly from April 14 to August5. Results: The number of Jaapiella sp. gall and wolfberry fruit of the two treatments had no significant difference during the first occurrence peak of Jaapiella sp. However,the differences were significant during the second occurrence peak. The number of Jaapiella sp. gall of bionic glue treatment was less than pesticide treatment and the number of wolfberry fruit had opposite result. Conclusion: Bionic glue could suppress the population growth of Jaapiella sp. effectively and limit the adverse effect on yield compared with pesticide.
