摘要
目的:观察中药杜仲、续断药对配伍前后对于SAMP6小鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:采用快速老化SAMP6小鼠及其同源正常对照SAMR1为研究对象,应用杜仲续断1∶1配伍及单味药进行治疗12周,观察血清和肝脏的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等指标变化,并进行组间比较。结果:与模型组相比,杜仲续断1∶1配伍低剂量组能显著降低血清低密度脂蛋白,升高血清高密度脂蛋白,显著降低血清和肝组织的LDL-C水平,升高血清HDL-C水平,降低肝组织中HDL-C水平。结论:杜仲续断药对具有调节脂质代谢的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Eucommiae cortex and Dipasaci radix with different proportions on lipid metabolism. Methods SAMP6 mice and their normal control mice SAMR1 were enrolled in this study. The SAMP6 mice were treated with high and low dose of Eucommiae cortex and Dipasaci radix ratio of 1∶ 1,respectively,contrasting with Eucommiae cortex and Dipasaci radix during 12 weeks. Serum lipid,liver lipid were observed and compared with control group. Results Low dose of Eucommiae cortex and Dipasaci radix ratio of 1∶ 1 significantly decreased the LDL- C level in serum and liver tissue,HDL- C level of liver tissue and increased the HDL- C level in serum. Conclusion Eucommiae cortex and Dipasaci radix ratio of 1∶ 1 has the function of regulating the lipid metabolism.
