摘要
当前我高校团学干部培养存在着一些问题,因此加强高校团学干部培养体系的探索,培养一支高效率、高素质的团学干部队伍是一项长期的课题。高校团学干部培养体系除了思想观念以外,还要重视培养模式、培养途径以及考核评价的转变。
Currently,there are many problems existing in cultivating student- leader of youth league in higher colleges. Therefore,it＇s a long- term mission to reinforce the exploration into this cultivation system to train student- leaders of youth league of high- efficiency and high- quality. Besides the cultivation thoughts and concepts,we should put emphasis on transferring cultivation mode,path and evaluation as well.
