摘要
调查显示,当前农村妇女对继续教育存在一定强度的需求,其需求并未得到很好满足。扎实有效地推进农村妇女教育,须立足于广大妇女的教育需求,运用学历教育、短期培训、乡村式教育、远程教育等多种形式,深入开展家庭服务、个人素质提升、生产服务、经营管理、思想教育等多类别、多层次的教育,使继续教育真正为女性人力资源开发和妇女的持续发展服务。
The survey shows that the current rural women＇s demand for continuing education in a certain intensity. Its demand has not been very good to meet. Solid effectively promote rural women education,should be based on the educational needs of the majority of women,the use of education,short- term training,rural education,distance education and other various forms,carry out family services,enhance personal qualities,production services,business management,education category,multi-level education,continuing education for the sustainable development of the female human resources development and women＇s services.
