摘要
针对传统生产检验模式不能检验并保证产品参数准确度和精密度的问题,将过程能力指数引入到生产过程中,可以从整体管理层面进行质量分析,改进生产过程中影响产品质量的各个因素,从而提高准确度和精密度,降低问题出现的可能性。笔者还通过VB.Net实现了该方案的可视化,以便更加形象具体地展示生产状况。
The accuracy and precision of product parameters can not be tested and certified by the traditional inspection mode. Introducing the process capability index into production process can carry on the quality analysis from the management level and improve the factors affecting the quality of the product, and thus improve the accuracy and precision and reduce the possibility of problems. The visualization of the scheme is realized to visually show the production situation.
