摘要
目的探讨一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效。方法 96例慢性根尖周炎按照随机抛硬币法分组为对照组与观察组各48例。通过采用视觉模拟法(VAS)评价治疗前、后疼痛情况,并统计根尖周治愈情况。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分较治疗前显著下降,然观察组下降较对照组显著,P<0.05;观察组治疗有效率为97.92%(47/48)略低于对照组100.00%(48/48),P>0.05。结论一次性根管治疗可显著减轻患者疼痛,易被患者所接受。
Objective To study the efficacy of one- time root canal treatment chronic periarthritis of root. Methods Totally 96 cases of chronic apical periarthritis according to the method of random flip a coin grouped into control group and observation group（ n = 48）. By means of visual simulation method（ VAS） pain evaluation before and after treatment,and statistics on periapical healing. Results After treatment,two groups was significant reduction in the VAS score,but the observation group decline than the control group,P〈0. 05; Observation group treatment effective rate was97. 92%（ 47 /48） is slightly lower than the control group 100. 00%（ 48 /48）,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Disposable root canal treatment can significantly relieve patients＇ pain,easily accepted by patients.
