摘要
通过研究信用监管与传统监管的区别,揭示了信用监管与国际食品安全监管原则的关系,讨论了信用监管的实施条件,论述了信用监管在中国实施的必要性和合理性,指出信用监管是一种震慑力更大、成本更低、市场效率更高、符合世界发展趋势和中国发展趋势的监管模式。
Credit supervision was different from supervision of traditional products distinctly,which was able to fully reflect the inherent requirement of the international food safety regulatory principles. By figuring out the implementation conditions and the necessity and rationality,it was necessary to pointed out that credit supervision may be a stronger,more efficiency and lower cost models for China to supervise the import and export products,which was in line with the world development trend.
