摘要
离地间隙标准是整车架构零件设计阶段的基本参数之一,也是影响客户对车辆评价重要因素。为制定合理的离地间隙标准,文章利用六西格玛设计方法(DFSS)识别影响离地间隙标准的各项工程指标与客户需求(VOC)的关系,得出底盘各区域客户满意的离地间隙值。在此基础上利用通过性实验对设计指标进行验证,检验了该方法的有效性。
The groundclearance criteriaisone of the basic parameters for vehicle architecture design, it's also an important parameter which affects the appeal value of customer. In order to establish a reasonable ground clearance standard,this paper use 6 SIGMA design method to identify the relationship between engineering indexes and voice of customer. Base on the appropriate ground clearance of different chassis components, design the vehicle crossover experiment. And the result of this experiment prove the usefulness and robustness of the method.
