摘要
目的研究加味参附姜苓汤对围月经期咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清炎性因子IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-8表达的影响,为其临床治疗提供科学的实证依据。方法将围月经期咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组患者采用加味参附姜苓汤进行治疗,对照组采用口服氨茶碱缓释片联合酮替芬片进行治疗,连续治疗3个月。分别采集治疗前、后各组患者的静脉血,经离心后,取血清,采用酶联免疫法检测血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-8表达水平。结果经3个月治疗后,观察组总有效率为90%,显著优于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,观察组血清IL-4和IL-8表达显著降低(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平显著上升(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,观察组血清IL-4、IL-8和IFN-γ表达水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论加味参附姜苓汤对围月经期咳嗽变异性哮喘患者具有较好的治疗效果,其作用机制可能与其促进围月经期咳嗽变异性哮喘患者IFN-γ的表达和抑制IL-4和IL-8释放有关。
Objective To explore the modified Shenfu Jiangling decoction on the expression of serum IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-8 of patients with cough variant asthma in perimenopausal period. Methods 80 patients with cough variant asthma in perimenopausal period were randomly divided into the observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The obsevation group was treated with modified Shenfu Jiangling decoction, while the control group was treated with aminophylline sustained-release tablets combined with ketotifen tablets, continious treatment for 3 months. The venous blood of the two groups was collected before and after treatment. The IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-8 expression levels were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%, which was significantly higher than the control group with 72.5%（P〈0.05）. Compare with pre-treatment, the level of IL-4 and IL-8 of the treatment group were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）, and the level of IF-γ of the treatment group was significantly increased（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group, the expression levels of IL-4, IL-8 and IFN-γ were statistically siginificant（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）.Conclusion The modified Shenfu Jiangling decoction shows good curative effect in treatment of patients with cough variant asthma. Its machanism may be associated with regulate the expression levels of serum IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-8.
