2DPIV技术在激光辐照液体贮箱中的应用

摘要 实验研究激光对液体贮箱的辐照效应时,需测量贮箱内液体的流动状态。当壳体温度不超过液体的饱和温度时,贮箱内液体为自然对流形态。利用粒子图像测速(PIV)技术,搭建了二维数字PIV系统,实现了液体平面内的速度场测量。采用粒径1-5μm、密度1.05g/cm^3的空心玻璃微珠微粒做为示踪粒子;利用532nm连续波激光器和三个平凸柱透镜构建了片光系统;采用装有微透镜阵列的CCD相机记录粒子图像;利用互相关算法处理粒子图像计算速度场。将此技术应用于激光辐照液体贮箱实验之中,实验结果与数值计算结果相符较好。 To measure the velocity field in a liquid tank irradiated by laser,a twodimensional digital particle image velocimetry system was designed in this paper.Small tracer particles,1-5μm diameter and 1.05g/cm^3 density,were added to the liquid.A light sheet system was composed of a 532 nm continuous laser and three cylindrical lenses.A CCD camera with micro-lens array was used to capture the pictures of trace particles.Velocity fields were computed by evaluating the digital PIV recordings using cross-correlation method.Experimental results are proved to be in well agreement with the ones obtained by the numerical simulation.
