水田雪橇式高地隙喷杆喷雾机底盘设计 被引量:2

摘要 水田植保机械的行走底盘是技术关键,也是农机科研人员攻克的难点。目前市面上常见的水稻植保机械大多采用的是三轮或四轮行走方式,从用户反馈的情况看,这种行走方式在拔节抽穗期前使用效果较好,但是到搁田复水后行走就比较困难,伤苗严重,农户很难接受,同时由于其重心较高,在两侧落差较多时药液会流向一侧,此时易侧翻。针对现有机具的缺点,根据雪橇行走的原理,研究设计了一种适用于水稻全生长期的水田自走式高地隙水田植保机底盘。所设计的底盘利用药液箱作为行走部的支撑,不仅减轻了整机的质量,减低功耗,还降低了机具的重心,提高了其在水田行走的稳定性,同时圆弧形的药液箱具有自动分禾作用,减少机具在田间行走时对水稻的伤害。 Chassis of paddy field plant protection machinery was its key components. And it was both emphasis and difficulty in paddy field highland gap chassis system of Serf-propelled boom sprayer for agricultural machinery scientific and technical workers. Currently, the common market of chassis, mostly used three or four wheels. From the user's feedback, this way of walking use effect was good before elongation-heading stages. But, after paddy field drainage, the chassis walked difficult, serious injure rice seedling. Farmers were difficult to accept. At the same time, due to its high center of gravity, and liquid will flow to a side when the chassis fall between both side wheels, easy to rollover. Aimed at the disadvantage and shortage of existing equipment, paddy field highland gap chassis system of Serf-propelled was designed based on the principle of sliding plate. Walking chassis used liquid medicine box as a support. This design not only reduced the weight of the machine, reduced power consumption, lowered the machine's center of gravity, but also improved the stability of the walk in paddy field. Because liquid medicine box was made of stainless steel pipe, it could automatic divide rice seedling, reduce the harm of rice.
