摘要
目的:了解警校大学生自我接纳状况及其影响因素.方法:采用自我接纳问卷,对153名警校大学生进行测评.结果:研究中所选被试的自我接纳状况(41.54±5.72)处于中等偏上水平.在与其他样本对比时,警校大学生仅与师范生在自我评价方面表现出统计学意义的差异(t=2.08,P<0.05);影响警校大学生应对方式的主要因素有三个方面,即个人的应对方式、心理健康和人格特征.结论:警校大学生的自我接纳状况良好,在开展的心理健康教育中充实有关人格、心理健康及应对方式的内容可以帮助其提升自我接纳及自我评价.
Objective: To study the state and influential factors of the self- acceptance of police college students. Method: 153 police college students are investigated by self- acceptance questionnaire. Results: The overall situation of the self- acceptance of students in police college is above the average level. Their scores of self- evaluation are higher than those of normal university students( t = 2.08,P 0. 05). There are three facts influencing the self- acceptance of police college students which mainly include individual coping style,mental health and personality traits. Conclusion: The self- acceptance of police college students is well. Enriching the content of mental health education of police college students with something about coping styles,mental health and personality can help the students promote their ability of self- acceptance.
