摘要
某低品位微细粒铬铁矿Cr_2O_3品位较低,为6.82%,且泥化现象严重。采用"重选前分级—两段螺旋溜槽—粗细分级—两段摇床"工艺流程处理此铬铁矿,最终可以获得Cr_2O_3品位49.20%,回收率54.39%的精矿。最终尾矿中TFe品位为43.11%,回收率为94.74%。对最终尾矿中的铁进行回收,经过两段强磁选试验,所得精矿TFe品位为45.25%,回收率为27.51%,微细粒级的泥化现象导致了选别效果不理想,有待在后续试验中进一步考察研究。
The Cr_2O_3 grade is 6.82% of a low-grade and micro fine particle chromite with seriously argillization phenomenon.The flowsheet of"classification before gravity separation,two stages spiral chute separation,classification of coarse and fine particles,and two stages shake-table separation"was adopted to deal with the chromite.The results showed that the Cr_2O_3 grade of the final concentrate was 49.20% and the recovery was 54.39%.The TFe grade of the final tailings was 43.11%,and the recovery was 94.97%.In order to recover iron in the tailings,two-stage high intensity magnetic separation test was carried out,which can obtain the concentration with TFe grade of 45.25% and recovery of 27.51%.The effect was not ideal because of the fine grained mud phenomenon and further researches would be studied in the subsequent experiments.
