摘要
目的提出以中西医结合和中医骨伤学术思想为主的软组织伤病的四维疗法,并探讨其在脊柱软组织伤病中的作用,以期指导目前的临床、教学和科研工作。方法将231例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用四维疗法即手法、针刀或银质针、药物对软组织伤病进行立体治疗的同时,给予心理疏导、健康教育及功能锻炼等对脊柱软组织伤病进行系统治疗。对照组采用传统按摩手法加针刀及骶管注射治疗。结果观察组治愈率85.34%,对照组治愈率60.87%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论四维疗法是基于对辨证施治和循证医学的认识,并逐步通过临床验证,是治疗软组织伤病的科学、系统、有效方法,为软组织伤病的临床诊治提供了新思路、新方法。
Objective To put forward a four-dimensional therapy to treat soft tissue injuries which is based on the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine, as well as the traumatology and orthopedics of TCM and to discuss its effects in spinal soft tissue injuries, in order to guide present clinical treatment, teaching and scientific re- search work. Methods 231 sufferers with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group.The observation group were given the four-dimensional therapy that includes manipula- tion, needle-knife or silver needles, and pharmacotherapy to treat the soft tissue injuries, as well as psychological coun- seling, health education and functional exercise.The control group were given traditional massage technique plus needle knife and sacral canal injection therapy.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 85.34% ,while it was 60.87% in the control group.The differences between the groups showed difference of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The four-dimensional therapy is based on the understanding of the syndrome differentiation theory and the evidence-based medicine, and it has gradually passed clinical verifications, which shows that it is a scientific and systematic and effective method to treat soft tissue injurieS, and it provides a new idea and method for clinical di- agnosis and treatment of soft tissue injuries.
