摘要
针对某型吊舱伺服系统数字化改造要求,设计了一种面向数字图像采集的伺服系统。该系统以基于DSP的随动控制板平台代替原有模拟控制平台进行位置环控制,将离散滑模变结构控制技术引入到脉宽调制中,将逆变电路和交流电机视为一体,以对称正弦波电压供电时电动机产生的圆形旋转磁场为基准控制逆变电路的工作方式提高系统稳定性。系统满足位置控制精度不大于0.03°,转矩过载倍数不小于2.5的要求,实现了样机制造。
A digital image servo system was designed,according to requirements of digital transformation of a certain type of pod servo system. The discrete sliding variable mode structure control technology was introduced to the pulse width modulation,and the inverter and AC motor were regarded as a whole. Circular rotating magnetic field was used as a reference for controlling of the inverter circuit,which was generated by the motor when using symmetrical sine wave voltage for power supply,the stability of the system was improved.The position control precision of system is less than 0. 03 degree,the torque overload ratio is not less than2. 5. The prototype was produced.
