摘要
望京搜候中心地处北京8度高烈度地震区,三座塔楼T1,T2,T3总高分别为119,128,197m,外形呈扁筒椭圆锥体,酷似"鱼"形,外形斜率多变,其不规则、不对称、竖向递变的特点给结构设计带来诸多困难。通过ETABS,PERFORM-3D,SAP2000,PKPM系列软件等多种程序对结构进行多模型、多工况的细致分析计算,针对不同的问题采取不同的对策加以一一解决,主体结构抗震性能及各项抗震指标均达到规范要求,保证了结构的安全性和经济性,其具体实施方法及构造加强措施可供类似工程参考。
Wangjing SOHO Center is located in 8 degree high intensity earthquake area in Beijing. It has three towers named T1,T2,T3 with the heights of 119,128,197 m respectively. The shape of the tower facade is like flat tube elliptical cone,which looks exactly like a fish. Its variable curvature and the characteristics of irregularity,asymmetry,and gradually varied vertical shape lead to many difficulties in structural design. Programs of ETABS, PERFORM-3D,SAP2000 and PKPM were used to conduct analysis and calculation of the structure comprehensively through various structural models and working conditions. Different countermeasures were taken to solve different problems. The seismic performance of the main structure and all seismic performance indices met with code requirements,so the safety and economy were properly guaranteed. The detailed design methods and structural strengthening details could provide reference for the similar projects.
