摘要
目的观察卵泡抑素(FS)、上皮来源的中性粒细胞活化肽(ENA-78)和T细胞表达和分泌的调节性激活因子(RANTES)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者检测中的意义。方法 EMs患者120例为EMs组。根据美国生育协会修正分期法(r-AFS)分期分为Ⅰ期19例,Ⅱ期36例,Ⅲ期39例和Ⅳ期26例,根据痛经评分分为0分26例,1分48例,2分31例和3分15例。另选择同期在确诊为良性肿瘤的患者30例为在位组。选择同期在我院行健康体检的正常女性30例为对照组。观察3组的FS,ENA-78和RANTES水平变化,EMs患者血清FS,ENA-78和RANTES水平与痛经分期和评分的关系及各指标之间的相关性分析。结果 EMs组的FS,ENA-78和RANTES水平明显高于在位组和对照组(P<0.01),在位组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。机体的FS,ENA-78和RANTES水平随着EMs分期和痛经评分的升高而升高(P<0.01)。EMs组的FS水平与ENA-78和RANTES水平呈正相关(r值分别为0.658、0.568,P<0.05)ENA-78水平与RANTES水平呈正相关(r=0.725,P<0.05)。结论 FS、ENA-78和RANTES参与了EMs发生发展的过程,各指标之间相互协同,对于早期诊断EMs具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the significance of follistatin( FS),epithelial neutrophil activating peptide( ENA)-78 and regulated upon activation,normal T cell expressed and secreted( RANTES) in detection of patients with endometriosis( EMs). Methods One hundred and twenty patients with EMs,from January 2014 to June 2015,were served as EMs group,who were divided into stageⅠ( n = 19),stageⅡ( n = 36),stage Ⅲ( n = 39) and stage Ⅳ( n = 26)according to the revised American Fertility Society( r-AFS),moreover,they were divided into 0 score( n = 26),1 score( n = 48),2 scores( n = 31) and 3 scores( n = 15) according to Dysmenorrhea Scoring. Besides the 30 patients with benign tumors were selected as eutopic endometrium group and the other 30 healthy women were served as control group. The levels of FS,ENA-78 and RANTES were detected and compared among EMs group,eutopic endometrium group and control group,and the levels of FS,ENA-78 and RANTES were observed in different EMs stages and dysmenorrhea scores,furthermore,the correlation among different indexes was analyzed. Results The levels of FS,ENA-78 and RANTES in EMs group were significantly higher than those in eutopic endometrium group and control group( P〈0. 01),which in eutopic endometrium group were significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 01). The levels of FS,ENA-78 and RANTES were increased,with the increase of EMs staging and dysmenorrhea scoring( P〈0. 01). The FS levels in EMs group were positively correlated to those of ENA-78( r = 0. 658,P〈0. 05) and RANTES( r = 0. 568,P〈0. 05),moreover ENA-78 levels were positively correlated to those of RANTES( r = 0. 725,P〈0. 05). Conclusion FS,ENA-78 and RANTES are involved in the pathogenesis and development of EMs,with synergism effects among them,which play an important role in early diagnosis of EMs.
