摘要
在某些工程中因工艺或已有设备的限制,将脱硫塔的烟箱出烟口做成双大开口。在自重、负压及积灰等荷载作用下烟箱会产生较大变形,危害结构的稳定性。借助Midas软件对某带双大出烟口脱硫塔烟箱建立有限元分析模型。针对上述工况进行结构分析,得出了相应工况下的变形、应力及烟箱内部支撑的内力分布规律,为工程设计及病害防治提供理论依据。
In some projects,the double large openings of outlet smoke box of desulfurization tower are designed unavoidably for limited technology or equipment. The outlet box usually has large deformation under dead weight,negative pressure and dust load,which undermines the stability of the structure. In this paper,a finite element analysis model based on Midas software is presented to study on deformation and stress as well as the internal force of the outlet box. The rules of force distribution are reported respectively. The results of the study provide theoretical basis for engineering design and disaster prevention.
