摘要
大学生科研训练计划,是为在校本科生进行科学研究而设立的一种资助计划,旨在通过项目引领,锻炼学生自主学习能力,为创新人才培养打下基础.依据培养市场需求园艺人才的目标,从SRTP的任务和目标、SRTP项目选题与团队组成、SRTP项目过程的引导实施、SRTP结题报告后学生能力培养等几方面,浅谈如何从指导教师角度完善SRTP项目的组织、管理,从而促进SRTP项目的高效开展.
Student Research Training Program（SRTP）is a kind of financing plan for undergraduates in scientific research. It aimed to develop students＇ learning ability,through program lead,and lay the foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper according to the cultivation of the market demand for horticultural talents,from SRTP＇s task and goal,the SRTP selection and team composition,the SRTP process guidance,and the students ability training after the SRTP report,etc. discussed how to improve the organization and management of the SRTP from the perspective of guiding teachers,so as to promote the efficient development of SRTP.
