摘要
汽车内部噪声和振动,往往是由多个激励源,经由不同的路径传递至目标位置后相互叠加而成。怎样将各个激励产生的效果进行建模及分析,以使车内噪声控制在预定的目标值内,是现代汽车工业重点研究的课题。以某SUV车型三、四挡2 000r/min以下加速车内轰鸣声问题为例,运用各工况下的测试数据建立传递参数模型,并利用相关数据分析解决NVH感知问题。
Vehicle interior noise vibration and harshness( NVH) phenomenon are often composed of multiple incentives in source,through the superposition of different transmission path after arriving at the target location. How the effect of multiple incentive for modeling and analysis,in order to make the interior NVH be controlled within a predetermined target,is an important research topic of modern automobile industry. An example of NVH problem was taken of sports utility vehicle( SUV) model acceleration in shifting gears of 3 and 4. The test data were used in various operating conditions to establish transition parameter model,and the relevant data were used to solve the problem of NVH perception.
