摘要
纱线的毛羽对织造的影响很大,容易造成织造的开口不清,影响织造效率,等离子对材料表面的刻蚀可能可以改善纱线毛羽状况,为了研究等离子处理对纱线毛羽的影响,分别采用金属纤维和棉混纺环锭纺纱和粘胶气流纺纱,进行等离子体处理,通过改变工艺参数进行试验,将处理前后的纱线在显微镜下观察毛羽的变化情况,还对处理前后的纱线的强力进行测试和对比,探索等离子处理纱线后对纱线的毛羽和强力的影响。结果表明:当输出功率调成400W处理600s,反应气体为O2,气体压强20Pa时,对纱线的毛羽处理有明显的改善,同时纱线的强力损伤比较严重,要获得既能改善毛羽又控制纱线损伤在可接受范围,合理的等离子处理工艺还需要做大量的实验进行优选。
Yarn hairiness has great influences on weaving,etching on the surface of the material through plasma tretment may be able to improve the yarn hairiness.In order to study the influence of plasma treatment on the yarn hairiness,metal fiber/cotton-mixed ringspun yarns and viscose air spinning yarn was chose for plasma treatment respectively.Then,this study conducted a test by changing their technological parameters,put yarns before and after treatment under a microscope to observe changes in hairiness,and tested and compared their strengths so as to explore the influence of yarns treated with plasma on hairiness and strength.As shown in the results,when yarns are treated for 600 swith the output power of400 wand reactant gas of O2 under the gas pressure of 20 Pa,treatment of yarn hairiness is remarkably improved and,meanwhile,the yarn strength is severely damaged.Therefore,to improve yarn hairiness and control damages to yarn strength simultaneously,it is required to make plenty of studies on reasonable plasma treatment technologies.
