摘要
云南省会泽县水利基础设施主要存在两方面的问题:一是工程型缺水问题突出,蓄水量少;二是受人类活动影响,生态环境遭破坏。本文结合会泽县实际,提出了加强水土保持治理工程建设、农村饮水安全工程建设、水浇地工程建设、高产稳产农田工程建设、干支渠防渗以及中小河流治理五个方面的建议。旨在加强环境保护,建设生态文明,促进全面建设小康社会持续健康发展。
Yunnan Huize County water conservancy infrastructure mainly has problems in two aspects： one is prominent engineering water shortage problem with less storage capacity; the other is damage on ecological environment due to influence by human activities. In the paper,actual condition of Huize County is combined for proposing suggestions in five aspects of strengthening soil and water conservation management engineering construction,rural drinking water safety project construction,irrigated land engineering construction,high and stable yield farmland project construction,main and branch canal anti-seepage as well as small and medium-sized river governance,thereby strengthening environmental protection,constructing ecological civilization,and promoting comprehensive construction of well-off society as well as sustained and healthy development.
