热处理对Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3厚膜介电性能的影响

摘要 采用柠檬酸盐法制备了Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3粉体,通过丝网印刷法制备了Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3厚膜,研究了在空气气氛中进行热处理前后厚膜样品的介电性能。研究结果表明,在空气气氛中进行热处理可以有效地提高厚膜样品的介电性能。经过1000°C热处理,厚膜样品在10 kH z下的介电损耗由1.7%降为1.1%,其优质系数由33提高到55。 Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 thick films were fabricated by a screen-printing technique using superfine Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 powder synthesized by a citrate method. The dielectric properties of the thick films before and after an annealing process in air were investigated. The results indicate that the annealing process is effective in modifying the dielectric properties of the thick films. For the thick films, an annealing at 1000 ℃ led to a decrease of the dielectric losses at 10 kH z from 1.7% to 1.1% together with a remarkable enhancement of the figures of merit from 33 to 55.
