摘要
采用喷淋量约80m^3/d的间歇性喷淋(喷一天,隔一天再喷)方法对某铀矿微生物堆浸尾渣进行铀的生物浸出,试验持续了49d,液固比为0.49,尾渣的铀浸出率达到了4.62%,浸出液铀浓度均大于50mg/L。该方法有效解决了堆浸后期矿石中残留铀难以浸出且浸出效率低下的问题,提高了单位溶浸液平均铀浸出浓度。
Uranium heap leached tailings have been microbial heap leached for 49 days with spray quantity of 80 m3/d and L/S=0.49 by intermittent spraying as one day on and one day off. Uranium leaching rate is 4.62% with uranium concentration in solution of 50 mg/L above. This method effectively addresses difficulty of uranium leaching and low leaching efficiency in later period of heap leaching, and improves uranium concentration in unit leaching solution.
