摘要
新型职业农民是推进农业现代化的重要力量,其培育是一个系统工程。为此,新型职业农民培育研究是一个庞大、综合的领域。通过中国知网的相关文献检索和梳理,国内研究者从新型职业农民的内涵、类型、政策和培育方面进行了探讨,但是在成果方面存在诸多不足:内涵界定存在模糊现象,类型样本尚不丰富,政策研究深度不够,培育方向较为狭隘。基于上述缺憾,我国新型职业农民培育研究应该从"观念"研究向"实在"研究拓展,在研究方法方面逐步完善;从多学科视角向学科交叉视角转变,形成整合性的研究成果;在研究内容框架方面逐步完善,丰富现有的研究领域。
New professional farmers are the important forces in promoting agricultural modernization,the cultivation of whom is a systematic engineering. Hence,the research on new professional farmers ＇ cultivation is a huge and comprehensive field. The searching and sorting to the CNKI literature shows that,the researchers at home discussed the connotation,types,policy and cultivation of the new professional farmers,but there are still some problems in the studies,such as the indistinct definition,shortness of representative samples,lacking depth of policy studies,and relatively narrow directions in cultivation. Based on the above shortcomings,the research methods should be improved by transforming from ＂ concept＂ to the ＂ empirical＂. At the same time,the future research should turn its perspective from multidisciplinarity to interdisciplinarity in order to produce integrated research outcomes,and gradually perfect the framework of research contents to enrich present research field.
