人工挖孔桩加钢绞线技术的降本增效及施工

摘要 某项目采用人工挖孔桩钢筋笼配筋加钢绞线技术,因为钢绞线特有的物理性能——抗拉强度大,结合工程实际施工,钢筋笼加入适量钢绞线,有效的提高工程桩的整体抗拉性能,减少了钢筋使用量,实现了降本增效。并详细阐述了该技术的施工工艺、技术要点和作业的具体步骤,实践证明,该技术的施工具有:机具简单、易操作、对周围环境及建筑物影响小、质量安全可靠、工期短、造价低等优点。 The technology of steel cage reinforcement and steel strand is adopted for the manually excavated pile in a project, due to the special physical properties of steel strands--high tensile strength, in combination with practical engineering construction, suitable amount of steel strands are added in the steel reinforcement cage, the over- all tensile strength of the engineering pile are improved effectively and the amount of reinforcement is reduced, thus lower cost and higher efficiency is realized. The construction techniques, the technology points and specification pro- cedures for work were described in detail. The practice shows that, the technology has such advantages as simple tools, easy operation, little influence on the surrounding environment and buildings, safe and reliable quality, short working period and low cost etc.
