摘要
目的分析综合护理模式对卵巢癌住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月-2015年2月收治的卵巢癌住院患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组患者护理模式为一般护理,研究组患者护理模式为综合护理。分别采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者干预前后的焦虑抑郁情绪进行评分,并对比护理满意情况。结果研究组患者干预后的HAMA评分及SDS评分均显著优于对照组患者,研究组护理满意度显著比对照组患者高,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式对卵巢癌住院患者具有良好效果,可促进其焦虑、抑郁情绪的缓解,改善心理状态,对病情恢复有益,且可提升患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing model on the anxiety and depression of patients with ovarian cancer. Methods 100 patients with ovarian cancer hospitalized in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, control group was given general nursing care, experiment group was given comprehensive nursing. The anxiety and depression were evaluated by Hamilton anxi- ety scale and Hamilton depression scale, and compared with the satisfaction of nursing. Results the HAMA score, and SDS score of the experiment group were significantly better than those of control group, the experiment group of nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion comprehensive nursing model has a good effect on the patients with ovarian cancer, can decrease anxiety, depression, improve mental state, recovery of the disease, and can improve patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
