摘要
目的了解胆囊疾病在某高校教职工中的发病情况。方法对某高校教职工行胆囊彩超检查,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果 5 044名受检者中发现1 091名胆囊存在异常,占体检总人数的21.62%。胆囊常见疾病包括胆囊息肉样病变、胆囊结石以及胆囊术后缺如。结论彩超检查对于胆囊疾病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗有十分积极的意义。
Objective To understand the incidence of gallbladder diseases in school teaching staff. Methods The teaching staff in a university received the gallbladder ultrasound examinations and the results were analyzed statistical- ly. Results Of 5 044 subjects, there were 1 091 cases of gallbladder abnormalities, accounting for 21.62% of the total number of the subjects. The common diseases included polypoid lesions of gallbladder, gallstone, and gallbladder agenesis after operation. Conclusion The gallbladder ultrasound examination has significance in early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment of gallbladder diseases.
